1. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at info@huberdc.com or call us at +90 505 570 4234.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under our return policy.

2. Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return period: You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories.
  • Return process:
    1. Initiate a return request → Contact us via email at info@huberdc.com or call our customer service.
    2. Pack the item securely → Ensure the item is returned with its original packaging, invoice, and all included accessories.
    3. Ship the product → Send the package to the return address provided. The shipping cost is covered by the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 10 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days:
    • If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card. The bank processing time may take an additional 2-3 weeks.
    • If you paid via bank transfer (EFT/wire transfer), the refund will be issued to your bank account.
  • If you used a promotional discount, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., masks, earphones, underwear)
  • Digital products and software
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products
